First of all, the team of guys you sent out (John and Demont) to my house were awesome….super friendly, courteous, funny, explained everything before and after, were thorough and an extreme pleasure to meet.  Why can’t customer service be like this everywhere?

Although temps are warm outside, its always colder in my house and that’s because this house was built in 1861.  Quite frankly, I already notice a significant difference in my living room at the floor level, no more drafts, oustanding.

Initially John asked how I came to select Energy Efficiencies Solutions, simply said, I read through all the sub-contractors CL&P had on their website, chose EES but first had to check out your website.  What I read was outstanding, hence my decision for EES.

I can’t thank you enough for keeping me in the loop with emails and follow-up voicemail messages, that speaks volumes.

Without a doubt I will share my experience with friends and hopefully at least a few will come your way.
