[I]f you live in CT and have already had Home Energy Solutions services completed but still need more efficiency upgrades in your home, you can use the HPwES program to access rebates provided through the CT Energy Efficiency fund. For a one time fee of $300, Energy Efficiencies Solutions will conduct an in depth assessment of your home’s efficiency and potential for improvement. The assessment includes combustion safety and efficiency testing on heating and hot water equipment, a blower door test to quantify air leakage, a visual inspection of windows, insulation, heating and cooling equipment, appliances, and other potential areas of improvement.
Following the assessment a complete, detailed report is provided to the customer. EES assists with all rebate application processes and paperwork.
