2

Schedule your professional FREE Audit

  • An EES BPI certified professional will complete a walk through of your facility and collect the needed information to provide comprehensive quotes and scopes of work to you and the utilities which manage the incentive process and payment.

3

Utility review and project approvals

Once EES processes the data and develops the quotes for the eligible upgrades

  • EES will fill out and submit all required forms/applications.

  • EES will work with the utility companies to determine what will be paid for out of the Utility Energy Efficiency Fund to offset the cost of your energy saving measures.

  • The program administrator will create a financing package for the approved upgrades to help ensure that your business can install the measures at a low interest rate.

  • The program administrator  will provide EES a report on utility bill savings, financing and payback years. The formula and projections are created by engineers and project managers at the utility company.

4

Your Proposal of Upgrades and Incentives

Once the project is approved by UI, a proposal will be provided to you which includes:

  1. Applicable energy efficiency measures

  2. ROI complete costs and estimated energy savings, along with SBEA incentives (cost reductions).  Incentives are offered in an effort to offset the cost of installation

  3. Financing options and review of the savings you will have Now and Later
